The other day we walked past Mr. Allan's house to see a garage sale going on. We went in, introduced ourselves, and were told Mr. Allan passed away two months ago at a nursing home. Over the last few years we saw Mr. Allan's health deteriorate. He used to be able to walk up the hill; then he used two walking sticks; then he used a walker; and finally, he moved around on an electric mobility scooter. He passed away at a good old age of over 90. May he rest in peace. It just reminds us that life is short and we need to make the best of it. Here's the post.

NewG talk #10

I'm always curious about how Amazon handles the NewG, so today I checked Amazon domain names against the top 10 new extensions. The result is positive. Amazon is serious about the NewG -- having secured all but one of the top 10, and the majority of them redirect to Amazon's corporate website Amazon.com.

Here is what I've found: Amazon.xyz (redirects to Amazon.com home page), Amazon.top (not owned, unresolve), Amazon.wang (Amazon.cn home page), Amazon.win (Amazon.com home page), Amazon.club (owned, unresolve), Amazon.site (Amazon.com home page), Amazon.bid (Amazon.com home page), Amazon.vip (Amazon.com AmazonPrime page), Amazon.online (Amazon.com home page), and Amazon.link (Amazon.com home page)

This week, the strong performers continue to be top, .club, .site, .bid, .vip, and .online.
